We, Kenneth Athol Howard and Iain Bruce Shephard, insolvency practitioners of Paraparaumu, whose offices are at 188 Kapiti Road (P.O. Box 1505), Paraparaumu Beach, do hereby give notice that we were, on the 19th day of May 2000, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company as follows:
All the undertaking, goodwill of all businesses and all the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, and all the uncalled and unpaid capital (including reserve capital), both present and future, of the above-named company.
