Take notice that Dendra Investments Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the offices of Treadwell Stacey Smith, Solicitors, Tower Corporation Building, 6 Panama Street, Wellington, has been placed in receivership by the first debenture holder.
Bruce Frederick McCullough of Pritchard McCullough, chartered accountants, whose offices are at First Floor,
8 Raroa Road, Lower Hutt, is appointed as the receiver.
The property in receivership is the assets and undertakings of Dendra Investments Limited.
