Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of May 2000, Daran Nair, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Zeal Corporation Limited (in liquidation and in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 17th day of November 1998, given by the company.
The property in receivership comprises the entire undertakings of the company.
