Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Susan Newbegin, of 185 Ocean View Road, Oneroa, Waiheke Island, on the 5th day of May 2000, appointed Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Prime Financial Services Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of April 2000, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets.
