Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed receiver of The Brook Hotel Limited on the 5th day of May 2000, under the terms of a debenture dated the 11th day of December 1996, giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
