Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Excel Homes Limited on the 2nd day of May 2000, Edgewater Motels Limited appointed Brett Christopher Hoddle, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 26th day of April 1999.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
