Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Andrew Michael Buchanan and John Otto Buchanan, company directors, both of Auckland, give notice that on the 3rd day of May 2000, they appointed Jack Brian receiver of Glen Eden Car Sales Limited in respect of the assets and undertaking of Glen Eden Car Sales Limited and of any business conducted by it.
