We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on the 20 day of April 2000, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the above-named companies, pursuant to debentures dated the 16th day of October 1998 and the 23rd day of November 1998.
