Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed receiver of Christchurch Retail Furniture Limited on the 3rd day of May 2000, under the terms of a debenture dated the 8th day of March 1995, giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
