Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a debenture dated the 14th day of December 1999 given by Central Building Services Limited in its favour, Killarney Finance Limited has appointed John Francis Managh, insolvency practitioner of Napier, as receiver and manager of the property of Central Building Services Limited on the 28th day of April 2000, under the powers contained in the said debenture.
The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital.
