Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Donald Crichton, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of March 2000, he was appointed receiver, by an order of the High Court (order sealed on the 31st day of March 2000).
The receiver has been appointed in respect of the bankrupt's interest in a freehold property:
Corner of Talbot and Wilson Streets, Geraldine (certificate of title volume 450, folio 242).
