Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Walter Boine Wilson, administrator of Auckland ("the receiver and manager"), hereby give notice that I was on the 5th day of April 2000, appointed as receiver and manager of Tavern Management Limited as follows:
All the undertaking and goodwill of all businesses and all the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future and all the uncalled and unpaid capital (including reserve capital) both present and future of the above-named company.
