Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of April 2000, Westpac Banking Corporation Limited hereby appointed Messrs Murray Neil Frost and Lindsay John Brown, both chartered accountants of Dunedin, as receivers and managers of the property of Paradise Farming Company Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 7th day of May 1999, given by that company.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at the Offices of: Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Level Eight, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin.
