Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gary Traveller and David Bryden Davidson, both chartered accountants of PricewaterhouseCoopers, of Wellington and Auckland respectively, were appointed receivers of Skifield Investments Limited on the 2nd day of March 2000 under the terms of a debenture.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
