Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Mr Peter William Young and Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountants at KPMG, Christchurch, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Durasteel Engineering (NZ) (1993) Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 3rd day of May 1994, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, vehicles, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets.
