Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Wholesale Distributors Limited and Wholesale Services Limited hereby give notice that on the 9th day of March 2000, they appointed Thomas John Perry and Robert Geoffrey McGregor Clarke, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, Sixth Floor, Ernst & Young House,
227 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Methven Supermarket Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 1st day of May 1993.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever.
