Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kerryn Mark Downey and John Edward Fokerd hereby give notice that they were appointed on the 15th day of December 1999 as receivers and managers of all the property of Machine & Tool Company Limited, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by Machine & Tool Company Limited.
