Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of
13 Woodford Terrace, Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 10th day of March 2000, I was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of the above company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of October 1998 given to the Casbah Properties Limited.
The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
