Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gary Traveller and David Bryce Davidson, both chartered accountants of PricewaterhouseCoopers of Wellington and Auckland respectively, were appointed receivers of
Turoa Ski Resort Limited (in receivership) on the 2nd day of March 2000, under the terms of a debenture.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
