Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On the 29th day of February 2000, we, Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, were appointed under powers conferred by a registered debenture dated the
28th day of January 2000, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-mentioned company.
