Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 11th day of February 2000, Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Shuttle Tankers Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of August 1999, which property consists of all real property including plant, equipment and machinery, choses in action, uncalled and called, but unpaid capital, goodwill and all other assets.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are: Care of McDonald Vague & Partners, Fifth Floor, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland.
