Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
John William Charles Ormiston and Beverly Ann Ormiston hereby give notice that on the 30th day of November 1999 they appointed Robert William Sterling as receiver of the property of GTM Center BOP Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of April 1999 which property consists of all the undertaking goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said GTM Center BOP Limited.
