Fly N.Z. Limited gives notice that on the 20th day of December 1999 it appointed Dennis Clifford Parsons receiver of Pacrim Charter Projects Limited, pursuant to a debenture dated on the 11th day of September 1999 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 17th day of September 1999.
