Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
The ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, on the 7th day of February 2000 appointed John Francis Pak and Kerryn Mark Downey, chartered accountants of Hamilton and Auckland respectively, as receivers and managers of the property of J Jones Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 7th day of April 1993, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital and goodwill and all other assets.
The Office of the Receivers is: Care of KPMG, Eleventh Floor, KPMG Centre, 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
