Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Paul Francis Lynskey and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Essem Limited (in liquidation) (formerly C. A. Systems Limited) by Michael David Ridley Hanna, chartered accountant of Christchurch, being the resigning liquidator on the 31st day of January 2000.
We advise that this is a liquidation of a solvent company, undertaken as part of the restructuring process of the group.
