Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of December 2000, a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, resolved that the company be put into liquidation and that N. M. Macken, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency and filed this with the Registrar of Companies, and have completed a director's certificate that the company is able to pay its debts and have stated their reasons for that opinion.
