Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 and Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993
Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Panama Information Services Limited (in liquidation) (formerly known as Iguana Information Services Limited) by special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of February 2000.
Prior to the appointment of liquidators, a directors' resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix the 21st day of February 2000 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
