Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Jodi-Elizabeth Lett, solicitor of Hastings, was appointed liquidator of Golden Duck Holdings Limited, pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on Friday, the 8th day of December 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes Friday, the 19th day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
