Keith Palmer and David Vance, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of A T Holdings Limited (in liquidation) on the 31st day of January 2000 by the High Court at Wellington.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 10th day of March 2000 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
