Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 1st day of December 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Scott Buildings Limited be liquidated and that Michael David Gale, chartered accountant of Gale & Associates Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of December 2000.
