Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of December 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Better Building Products Limited
(in receivership and in liquidation) be liquidated and that Robert Macdonell Braithwaite and Murray James Dunn, chartered accountants of Hamilton, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of December 2000 at 2.00 p.m.
