Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Keith Palmer and David Petterson, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Interlink Commercial Furniture Limited (in liquidation) on the 28th day of January 2000 by resolution of the shareholders.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
There will be no meeting of creditors held.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 12th day of March 2000 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors' claims that have not been made at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
