Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Haywrights (Motueka) Limited commenced on the 7th day of December 2000, when the shareholders appointed David Gordon Beatson, chartered accountant of Motueka, as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the minute book of the company.
