Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Anthony Elms, chartered accountant of Martin Jarvie PKF, was appointed liquidator of Belay Enterprises Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of December 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Robert Elms at Third Floor, 85 The Terrace, Wellington, on telephone (04) 472 7919.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 7th day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
