Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Wayne Richard Johnson, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners Limited, was appointed liquidator of Te Toko Auto Spares Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of December 2000 at 11.00 a.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 31st day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
