Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Donald Victor Smith, chartered accountant of Coffey Davidson Limited, was appointed liquidator of Waipukurau Energy Centre (1990) Limited, pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of November 2000.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 19th day of January 2001, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
