Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of December 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Browns of Fendalton Limited be liquidated and that Thomas John Perry and Robert Geoffrey McGregor Clarke, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of December 2000 at 5.00 p.m.

The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has ceased trading.
