Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of February 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Canterbury Lotteries Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Thomas John Perry and Robert Geoffrey McGregor Clarke, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of February 2000.
The company is solvent and is being liquidated as part of a restructuring process.
