Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 1st day of December 2000, it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Plymouth Limited be liquidated and that Graeme David Meyers, chartered accountant of 249 Wicksteed Street, Wanganui, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of December 2000.
