Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 4th day of December 2000 at 11.59 a.m., when the High Court, Hamilton, appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
