Bruce McCallum and Keith Goddard Palmer, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Cedos Group Holdings Limited (in receivership) on the 10th day of November 2000 at 2.29 p.m., by the High Court at Auckland.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of Cedos Group Holdings Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) will be held at Level Sixteen, ASB Tower, 135 Albert Street, Auckland, on Friday the 15th day of December 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Agenda:
To consider:
1. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
2. Resolutions expressing the views of creditors.
3. Whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 31st day of December 2000, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
