Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JV Life Limited (in liquidation) on the 29th day of November 2000 at 2.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
This notice relates only to those stores operated at
268 Queen Street, Auckland, 67 Devonport Road, Tauranga, Ocean Boulevard Mall, Napier, 345 George Street, Dunedin and Warehouse Plaza, Pakuranga.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of JV Life Limited
(in liquidation) fix the 5th day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
