Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of December 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mason Air Limited be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of December 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 15th day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
