By resolution of the shareholders dated the 30th day of November 2000 and timed at 10.30 a.m., Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the 30th day of January 2001.
