Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Leah Watson and Stephen Rundle, chartered accountants of Spicer & Oppenheim, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Maurice Kempthorne Northland Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of November 2000 at 11.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Stephen Rendle at Homestead Road, Kerikeri, on telephone (09) 407 7250.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 22nd day of December 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
