Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 19th day of November 1999, appointed Terence Robert Ward, chartered accountant, as liquidator of the above-named company.
A resolution as to solvency of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Auckland.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of November 1999.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 15th day of January 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claim, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be from objecting to any distribution.
