Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On Thursday, the 23rd day of November 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Fairlie Creek Saleyards Co Limited be liquidated and that Corrine
E. Swann, of Fairlie, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of November 2000.
