Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
A declaration of solvency having been filed with the Registrar of Companies, John Robert McCorkindale and James Roland McIvor, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Metro Shelf Company (No 8) Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 24th day of November 2000, the date that the liquidation commenced.
