Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 20th day of November 2000 at 2.15 p.m., when the High Court, Rotorua, appointed Derek Farrelly, insolvency practitioner, as liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 22nd day of December 2000, as the day before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
