On the 8th day of November 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that BOP Callas New Zealand Limited be liquidated and that Paul D. Thomas, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of November 2000 at 11.38 a.m.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of BOP Callas
New Zealand Limited, I hereby fix the 14th day of December 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
